What an amazing first week of Kulanu Scholarship Awareness Month with a BIG thank you to all!
We’re at nearly 70% of our annual goal and look forward to getting closer to 100% in the days ahead.
Some highlights…
PK3 turned tzedakah into a field trip
by delivering their Kulanu collection to the Development Office themselves.
An eleventh grader celebrated her mom’s birthday by making a Kulanu donation in her honor
rather than shopping for a gift at the mall.
A seventh grader has designed his Bar Mitzvah project to be a Kulanu fundraiser
with the goal of double-chai: $3,600.
Everyday, we see and hear how our community is coming together for Kulanu.
We write to remind you that every Friday in May is Kulanu Spirit Day.
The purpose of Kulanu Scholarship Awareness Month is to reinforce our strength in community. Kulanu, the Hebrew word for All of Us, refers to our identity as a Jewish community school and reminds us of the value of giving the gift of Jewish education to 1 in every 5 of our children.
Kulanu counts on tzedakah from friends like you. Unlike charity, tzedakah is our responsibility…
…our responsibility to further our next generation. And we do exactly that when we support Kulanu.
Spread the word and join us today by making your tax-deductible donation at ehillel.org/kulanu.
Whether through a new gift or one that adds to your history of giving, we thank you.
Thank you!
