As we finish up the school year and begin to plan for 2015-16, we thank all of our faculty and staff for their efforts in the classroom and beyond. Together, we all have high expectations for school performance. Thus, we are developing a multi-phased program that focuses on customer service. As a first step, Tuesdayafternoon faculty, staff and administration attended a professional development (PD) session led by Dr. Dale Atkins of New York, a psychologist who regularly appears on "The Today Show" and CNN. Dr. Atkins conducts seminars and retreats for executives and employees of major corporations, government agencies and educational institutions in matters related to psychology, sociology, education and communication. A special thank you to Dr. Atkins for joining us and sharing valuable tips and wisdom.
Throughout the school year, Scheck Hillel faculty participate in various forms of professional development every week and on dedicated full days. It’s such educational programs like these that make possible our ongoing commitment to enrich and advance the Scheck Hillel experience for students, families and employees.
