Scheck Hillel Community School wrapped up the second week of school with much enthusiasm and ruach! Today, August 29, the afternoon was a multi-faceted co-curricular experience of Academics, Arts, Athletics and Community.
Grade 6 girls kicked off the sweet holiday with a pre-Rosh Hashanah Challah baking event and more. Parents of the Jordan Alexander Ressler Performing Arts Program’s Grade 3-7 show gathered for an information session about the upcoming season of musical theatre. Please visit the Arts section of eHillel.org for information about our Arts programs. This was all while fans prepped to cheer on the Hurricanes at Miami Country Day School at 7 pm. At the same time (7 pm) is Back to School Night for parents of Grades 3-5: the opportunity to meet teachers, participate in curriculum activities and learn about class expectations for the 2013-2014 school year.
